Mr. Gohlke has accrued over 28 years of experience in specialized and general financial areas. Mr. Gohlke has performed as a business valuator, expert witness, accounting firm principal, business start up specialist, financial analyst, and negotiation liaison.

The majority of Mrs. Gohlke's practice has been devoted to keeping abreast of the changing tax laws and financial accounting principles, multi-company regulatory compliance, business startups, the purchase & sale of businesses, family limited partnerships, and IRS negotiations. Estate and trust taxation has also been one of her focuses, including business trusts, bankruptcy estates, and decedent's estates.
